Cancellation and No Show Policy

• If the session is cancelled within 24 hours of the appointed time there will be a $20 fee.

• There will be a $35 fee for No Shows.

Late Arrival Policy

Please call (925) 322-1308 if you will be late. You will be charged for the full session and may only receive the remainder of your session time. I may be able to give you your full session time but it depends on scheduling.

Inappropriate Behavior

• Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. Any insinuation, joke, gesture, conversation, or request otherwise will result in immediate termination of your session and a refusal of any and all services in the future. You will be charged the full service fee regardless of the length of your session.

• Requests for sexual activity will not be tolerated, will be viewed as solicitation and reported to the proper authorities.

Massage Session

In this partnership, it is important that the client is honest and open with the massage therapist.

Feedback about the effectiveness of the work, situations that may have been uncomfortable for you, massage techniques that you enjoyed, massage techniques that you did not like, etc., is very important. Please feel free to share this information with me, as you become aware of it.

Respect for client boundaries is very important. To maintain respect for each client and establish professional boundaries the following massage therapy policies apply:​

• The client may choose to leave on as much clothing as needed for comfort.​

• The client will always be modestly draped. Only the area being massaged will be undraped.

• The therapy room door is never locked.​

• The client may stop the massage at any time and is free to leave.
